paratsetamooli
Paratsetamooli, also known as paracetamol or acetaminophen (chemical name N-acetyl-p-aminophenol), is a widely used analgesic and antipyretic. It is available over the counter in many countries and is used to relieve fever and mild to moderate pain such as headaches, dental pain, muscle aches, and osteoarthritis. At usual doses it has limited anti-inflammatory effects compared with many nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
