togetherduet is a contemporary music duo comprising vocalist and producer Jordan Lee and instrumentalist and songwriter Maya Ramirez. The group formed in 2018 while the two were studying at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Their partnership was initially informal, born from a shared interest in blending classical compositional techniques with modern electronic production, a synergy that became the hallmark of their early releases.

The duo’s debut EP, “Echoes,” was released independently in 2019 and garnered attention on streaming platforms for its intricate piano lines and atmospheric synth textures. In 2021 they signed with the independent label Harmonic Horizon and released their first full-length album, “Crossfade,” which debuted at number 57 on the Billboard Top Independent Albums chart. Critics have highlighted their use of layered vocal harmonies and minimalist percussion as a fresh take on indie-electronic fusion.

togetherduet has collaborated with a range of artists across genre lines, providing guest performances on tracks by folk-pop singer Rowan Ash and contributing a remix of the electronic dance track “Pulse” by the DJ collective Circuit City. The duo has performed at major festivals such as SXSW in 2022 and the Winter Music Conference in 2023, earning praise for their live improvisational setlists.

The band’s musical style is generally categorized as experimental pop with strong influences from neo-classical, ambient, and electronica. Their lyrical themes often explore themes of connectivity, identity, and emotional resilience. The group continues to release new material, with a single titled “Resonance” set for streaming in early 2026.
