Organizator (genitive organizatora) is a person or organization responsible for planning, arranging, and supervising events, activities, or operations. In Polish usage, the term denotes the individual or entity that leads the logistical and creative work of making something happen. The English equivalents are organizer or event organizer.

A typical organizer handles a range of duties that may vary by context but generally include defining objectives, scope, and target audience; developing the concept and program; creating a budget and timetable; selecting venues and suppliers; coordinating staff and volunteers; managing communications, marketing, and ticketing; obtaining permits, handling insurance, and ensuring safety compliance; overseeing logistics such as transportation, catering, equipment, and signage; and conducting post-event evaluation.
