Kamomillateellä

Kamomillateellä, commonly known as chamomile tea, is a herbal infusion made from the dried flower heads of the chamomile plant. The most commonly used species for tea are Matricaria recutita (German chamomile) and Chamaemelum nobile (Roman chamomile). Chamomile has a long history of use in traditional medicine across various cultures, particularly in Europe and Asia.

The preparation of chamomile tea typically involves steeping the dried chamomile flowers in hot water for several minutes.
