Techniques like Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) are commonly used.

7. Strategic Fit Analysis: This method assesses how well a project aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Projects that closely match the organization's strategy are prioritized.

Each method has its advantages and limitations, and the choice of method depends on the organization's goals, available data, and decision-making context. Often, a combination of methods is used to ensure a comprehensive and balanced project selection process.
