Neutralointia

Neutralointia is a sovereign state on the eastern coast of the continent of Carios, comprising the Neutral Peninsula and several offshore islets. It covers about 31,000 square kilometers and has a population around 2.3 million. The capital and largest city is Valenport; other major centers include Serein and Northgate. The official language is Neutralian, with Serran and Keldic as minority languages. The country has a temperate maritime climate and varied landscapes of cliffs, hills, and forests.

The name Neutralointia derives from the term neutral and the local toponym 'ointia' meaning land. The modern state adopted the name in 1703 after a regional confederation.
