Makrofotografische

Makrofotografische is a German term referring to macro photography—the practice of capturing close-up images of small subjects, often at magnifications from 1:1 (life-size) to much larger. The adjective makrofotografische is used to describe images, equipment, and techniques within this field.

Common equipment includes macro lenses designed for high magnification, typically with focal lengths around 60–105 mm on full-frame cameras. Alternatives include extension tubes, close-up filters, and ring flash or twin flashes for even illumination.
