Õigusloomele is a term used in Estonia to refer to the formal process of legislative drafting, often described as “law creation.” The concept is embodied in the activities of the State Law Development Office (Riigikohtu või Riigikohtu Valitsus...) and is closely linked to the work of the Estonian Parliament (Riigikogu).
