This alignment typically occurs in the lower limbs, particularly around the knees, and can affect individuals of all ages, though it is most commonly observed in children and adolescents.

The condition may arise due to various factors, including genetic predisposition, muscle imbalances, or underlying skeletal abnormalities. In many cases, valgusüntees is benign and resolves on its own as the child grows, particularly if the deformity is mild. However, severe or persistent cases may require medical evaluation to rule out conditions such as rickets, Blount’s disease, or other metabolic disorders that affect bone development.
