Drótrezisztorok, also known as wirewound resistors, are a type of electrical resistor made by winding a resistive wire around a core. The wire is typically made of an alloy like nichrome (nickel-chromium) or constantan (copper-nickel), chosen for its stable resistance value even at higher temperatures. The core is usually made of ceramic or a similar non-conductive material.
