The assessment of sportprestanda typically covers several domains. Physical capacity includes speed, strength, power, endurance, and agility. Technical proficiency evaluates execution quality, accuracy, and skill consistency. Tactical understanding assesses decision-making, game sense, and the ability to apply strategy under pressure. Psychological factors such as motivation, focus, resilience, and confidence are also considered, as they influence performance over time. Because sportprestanda is context-dependent, different sports and roles emphasize different mixes of indicators.
