SensorLagen

SensorLagen is a modular sensing framework and software stack designed to enable distributed sensing across large-scale environments. It envisions sensor nodes equipped with multiple modalities such as cameras, LiDAR, radar, thermal imaging, microphones, and environmental sensors, coordinated through a layered architecture. The goal is to provide high-resolution, low-latency situational awareness for applications including autonomous navigation, robotics, industrial monitoring, and smart infrastructure.

The architecture emphasizes hardware modularity and interoperability. Each node implements a sensor module, a time synchronization mechanism, and a local processing unit.
