Ridgeforests

Ridgeforests are a type of forest ecosystem characterized by their location on elevated landforms, typically mountain ridges or significant inclines. These forests are often distinct from the lowland forests found in valleys or on flatter terrain due to variations in soil, moisture, temperature, and exposure to sunlight and wind.

The specific species of trees and undergrowth found in ridgeforests are adapted to these challenging conditions.
