Rhacodactylus
Rhacodactylus is a genus of geckos native to New Caledonia and its surrounding islands. The name Rhacodactylus is derived from the Greek words "rhakos," meaning ragged or shriveled, and "dactylos," meaning finger, referring to the distinctive lamellae on their toes which aid in climbing.
