Paucarcolla
Paucarcolla is a high-altitude area in the Arequipe department of Peru. The name Paucarcolla is derived from the Quechua language, with "pauca" signifying "turbulent" or " violent" and "kar q'ulla" translating to "turtle". The region is located in the Andes mountain range and features a variety of ecosystems, including tropical and temperate forests, as well as grasslands.
