Oxgales

Oxgales are a species of small, nocturnal mammals native to the forests of Southeast Asia. They are known for their distinctive, large eyes and long, slender bodies, which are well-adapted for their arboreal lifestyle. Oxgales are primarily insectivorous, feeding on a variety of insects and small invertebrates that they find in the forest canopy. Despite their small size, they are an important indicator species for the health of their forest habitats.
