Nivelkulumiselle

Nivelkulumiselle, often referred to as osteoarthritis in English, is a degenerative joint disease characterized by the breakdown of cartilage that cushions the ends of bones within a joint. This condition is the most common form of arthritis, affecting millions of people worldwide. It typically develops slowly over time and can affect any joint, though it is most prevalent in the knees, hips, hands, and spine.

The primary cause of nivelkulumiselle is the gradual wear and tear on the cartilage. Factors contributing to this process include aging, genetic predisposition, obesity, previous joint injuries, and repetitive stress on the joints from certain occupations or sports.
