It refers to the methods and strategies employed to prevent birds from interfering with information technology infrastructure. This can include preventing birds from nesting in or on sensitive equipment, causing damage through their droppings, or obstructing signal transmission.

The primary concern addressed by ITpääsukontrolli is the physical impact of birds. Droppings can be corrosive, damaging sensitive electronic components and leading to short circuits or equipment failure.
