It denotes a design philosophy rather than a single product, grounded in the principles of perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust interfaces as outlined by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

In practice, easytoaccess involves features such as keyboard navigability, screen reader compatibility, sufficient color contrast, scalable typography, captioning and transcripts, meaningful semantic structure, and accessible forms with clear error messages. It also emphasizes compatibility with assistive technologies and predictable navigation across devices and contexts.

Compliance is commonly guided by WCAG and national accessibility laws, with organizations often adopting ARIA roles and states to convey programmatic information to assistive technologies. Real-world implementation requires ongoing evaluation, including automated checks and user testing with people who use assistive devices.
