CNCmilled
CNCmilled refers to parts or surfaces produced using computer numerical control (CNC) milling, a subtractive manufacturing process in which rotating cutting tools remove material from a workpiece according to programmed toolpaths. The process begins with a digital model created in CAD software, which is translated into machine instructions via CAM software. CNC milling machines range from simple 3-axis mills to multi-axis systems that allow complex geometries and undercuts.
Common materials machined with CNC milling include aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, plastics, and some composite
