Työpoliittiset is an adjective used in Finnish to describe politics, policies, or issues connected with the labor movement and workers. It designates matters oriented toward workers' interests, how work is organized, and the relation between employers, employees, and the state. The term commonly appears in discussions of policy areas such as wage formation and collective bargaining, employment protection, unemployment benefits, job training and lifelong learning, occupational safety and health, and measures aimed at improving working conditions and equality in the workplace. Työpoliittiset considerations often arise in debates about the balance between competitiveness and social protection.

In Finland, työpoliittinen orientation is historically associated with the trade union movement and the Social Democratic Party, and with the country's longstanding practice of tripartite cooperation among the state, employers’ organizations, and labor unions. This framework shapes many decisions through negotiation and consensus rather than top-down mandates. The concept is frequently used in academic analysis and public discourse to distinguish between issues that mainly affect workers and their organizations and other policy spheres such as fiscal or defense policy.

Critics argue that strong focus on työpoliittiset aims can slow structural reforms or hinder economic flexibility, while supporters see it as essential for social peace, fair wage development, and a robust welfare state.
