Relevant skills include systems thinking, process modelling, stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, data literacy, and project and change management. Typical backgrounds are in business administration, industrial engineering, or information systems, often with certifications in BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or enterprise process architecture.
