In wood technology, maßhaltige Hölzer are those that have been dried and conditioned to a moisture level close to the intended climate, reducing shrinkage, swelling, and warping. Dimensional stability is achieved through controlled drying (air, kiln) and, in some cases, post-treatment or the use of engineered wood products.
