Intradialytic interventions include exercise programs during dialysis, such as cycling or resistance work, which may improve tolerance and outcomes for some patients. Intradialytic nutrition, provided as meals or snacks during treatment, can help prevent hypoglycemia and malnutrition with attention to aspiration risk and glycemic control.
