Deurstatus (Dutch for door status) is a term used in facility management, security, and building automation to describe the current state or condition of a door. In many systems it also records attributes such as latched versus unlatched, ajar, jammed, and whether the door is in manual or automatic mode.

In modern buildings, deurstatus is collected by sensors such as magnetic reed switches, door position sensors, or access control readers, and is combined with timestamps and location data to produce a door-status event. These events are often integrated with security, alarm, and occupancy management systems to provide real-time monitoring and historical audit trails.
