Taschentuch
Taschentuch is a pocket handkerchief, a small square of cloth carried for personal use. In German, the term commonly refers to a reusable fabric handkerchief used to wipe the nose, face, or hands. By contrast, disposable facial tissues are called Einweg-Taschentücher or Papiertaschentücher. Handkerchiefs are typically made of cotton, linen, or a cotton blend; silk handkerchiefs exist as accessories for dress. Standard sizes range from about 20 to 40 centimeters square, with many deviations for fashion or practicality. Some handkerchiefs feature decorative elements such as embroidery or monograms.
