Tapahtumaalueiden refers to the concept of designated event areas within Finland, where public or private events such as festivals, concerts, markets or cultural gatherings are organized and regulated. The term is commonly used by municipal and regional authorities to describe spaces that have been allocated and prepared to host temporary or recurring events. These areas often receive specific permits, infrastructure support and safety provisions that differ from ordinary public spaces.
