STARMethode

The STARMethode is a structured narrative technique used primarily in German-speaking contexts to present professional experiences in a clear, evidence-based manner. It is closely related to the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) and often includes an additional step denoted by R, standing for Reflexion or Transfer.
