Obesiteetti, or obesity, is a complex medical condition characterized by an excessive accumulation of body fat. It is generally defined as having a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher. BMI is a measure that uses a person's weight in kilograms divided by the square of their height in meters. While BMI is a useful screening tool, it does not directly measure body fat and can be less accurate for certain populations.
