METB

METB refers to a dual-band time-domain reflectometry (TDR) cable tester, primarily used for fiber optical and coaxial cable testing, network appliances, and other transmitter-based applications. The acronym METB could also refer to the Medical Education of Tomorrow by Broadband which is used in Healthcare and specifically, in the education and training of telemedicine.
