Latheloom
Latheloom is a term used in some maker and design communities to describe an integrated machine that combines the functions of a lathe and a loom. Unlike standard lathes or looms, a latheloom would synchronize material turning with weaving action to create fabric-like textures on a rotating workpiece. There is no widely adopted standard device by this name, and the term often refers to either a conceptual design or a custom, experimental machine rather than a commercial product.
