Keltasieni

Keltasieni is the common Finnish name for the mushroom species Cantharellus cibarius. Also known internationally as the chanterelle, it is a widely recognized and highly prized edible mushroom. Keltasieni is characterized by its bright yellow to orange color, funnel or trumpet shape, and distinctive forked gills that run down the stem. Its flesh is firm and has a mild, somewhat peppery or fruity aroma and flavor.

This fungus typically grows in deciduous and coniferous forests, often in mossy areas, and is commonly found in Europe, North America, and parts of Asia.
