ICPDRs
ICPDRs is a term sometimes encountered when referring to the International Commission for the Protection of the Danube River and the activities, outputs, or subgroups associated with it. In standard usage, the organization is known as the ICPDR. It is an intergovernmental body established under the Danube River Protection Convention, which entered into force in 1998. Its mandate is to coordinate the actions of the Danube River Basin states to protect, improve, and sustainably manage the Danube and its waters.
