An output is the result produced by a system, process, or device in response to inputs, conditions, or stimuli. Outputs can take the form of data, physical items, signals, or actions. They are often analyzed alongside inputs to assess performance, efficiency, and correctness.

In computing and electronics, outputs refer to information or signals sent from a device to an external endpoint. Examples include display screen images, printed materials, actuator movements, and data packets transmitted over a network.
