Hybridmoden
Hybridmoden is a term used to describe a class of communication devices and systems that integrate multiple modulation and coding techniques and can switch among them in real time in response to changing channel conditions and network requirements. The aim is to maintain reliable connectivity and optimize data throughput across heterogeneous networks, including cellular, Wi-Fi, satellite, and Internet of Things links. It envisions a single modem capable of operating with different modulation orders, coding schemes, and sometimes multiple access methods depending on the environment.
Technically, Hybridmoden relies on software-defined radio principles and often incorporates cognitive radio concepts. Real-time channel sensing
Applications and benefits include improved spectrum efficiency, higher peak throughput under favorable conditions, and greater resilience
