Hadronyche

Hadronyche is a genus of spiders that belongs to the family Hadronyche of araneomorph mygalomorphs. These spiders are native to Australia and are often referred to as huntsman spiders due to their agile and active nature. They are notable for their robust build, long spindly legs, and dull brown or grayish coloration, which allows them to blend in with their surroundings.

Hadronyche spiders are ambush predators that capture their prey using a combination of stealth and speed. They are known to be skilled hunters that can move quickly and deliberately to catch unsuspecting insects. Some species of Hadronyche are specialized to specific types of prey, such as birds' nests, allowing them to coexist with these hosts.
