Ajtókivágás

Ajtókivágás refers to the process of creating an opening in a wall to install a door. This is a fundamental construction task that can be performed in various types of walls, including those made of brick, concrete, plasterboard, or wood. The primary purpose of ajtókivágás is to provide access between different spaces within a building or to an exterior area.

The procedure for ajtókivágás typically involves several steps. Initially, the desired location and dimensions of the door opening are carefully marked on the wall. Subsequently, a method of cutting is chosen based on the wall material. For masonry, tools like angle grinders with diamond blades or even jackhammers might be employed, while for plasterboard, saws such as reciprocating saws or jigsaw are commonly used. During the cutting process, care must be taken to avoid damaging load-bearing elements of the structure. Once the opening is cut, it is often reinforced, especially in load-bearing walls, using lintels or structural beams to support the weight above the doorway. Finally, the frame for the new door is installed within the prepared opening, followed by the hanging of the door itself.
