Development and validation of a vajadustest-like instrument are typically local efforts. If the term vajadustest is used, it should have clear scoring, interpretation guidelines, and reliability checks to support consistent use and comparability across contexts.

Criticism and limitations include potential biases, stigma, time demands, and privacy concerns. Effective use relies on training, ongoing evaluation, and attention to cultural and individual differences to avoid misinterpretation or overreach.
