undKognition is a theoretical construct in cognitive science and philosophy of mind that refers to cognitive activity arising from the interaction of unconscious and conscious processes. Proponents describe it as outputs or judgments that cannot be fully explained by either system in isolation, but instead emerge from their dynamic coupling.

Etymology and scope: The term combines und, from German meaning "and," with Kognition, highlighting the integrated nature of cognition across traditionally separated processes. It is used largely in speculative or exploratory discussions rather than as a settled framework.

Conceptual framework: The undKognition framework posits two interacting subsystems: an implicit, fast, associative network and a slower, deliberative system.
