During pascaPerang, governments and international partners pursue ceasefire verification, demobilization and reintegration of former combatants, humanitarian relief, and reconstruction of housing, schools, and health facilities. Political transitions frequently involve negotiations, reform of institutions, rule of law development, and the creation or reform of electoral systems. Economic stabilization, currency reforms, debt relief, and investment promotion aim to revive growth and reduce poverty. Reconciliation and memory work, including truth-seeking and transitional justice, may accompany reforms.
