Multidyscyplinarno is a term used in Polish-language discourse to describe actions, projects, or approaches carried out in a multidisciplinary manner. It derives from the adjective multidyscyplinarny (involving multiple disciplines) and functions as an adverb: describing how an activity is conducted when it integrates methods, insights, or data from several fields.

In academic, research, and professional settings, multidyscyplinarno characterizes teams or processes where experts from different disciplines contribute their specialized perspectives, often in a coordinated but not fully integrated way. It is distinct from interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary work, which imply higher levels of integration or the inclusion of non-academic stakeholders, respectively.
