Kamerateam is a term used in Dutch-speaking film and television production for the group of crew members responsible for capturing moving images. The kamerateam typically comprises the director of photography (DP), a camera operator, and one or more assistant camera crew operators. In larger productions, specialists such as a steadicam operator, a crane or dolly operator, and a digital imaging technician (DIT) may also be part of the team. The team works under the direction of the director of photography, who shapes the visual style and camera strategy for each shot.
