Variants and applications include problem-framing cards, constraint cards that impose limits (time, budget, resources), persona or user-journey cards to ground ideas in user needs, and solution or feature cards to suggest concrete responses. Limitations include dependence on prompt quality and facilitator skill; without proper framing, ideas may remain shallow.
