Highspec is a nonstandard term used to describe products, systems, or configurations that emphasize high specifications. It is not a formal standard, and its meaning varies by domain, but it generally signals superior performance, capacity, or quality compared with mid-spec or low-spec options. The term appears across technology sectors including computing, mobile devices, audio gear, photography, and automotive tech.

In computing and consumer electronics, high spec typically denotes hardware with fast processors, ample memory, large fast storage, and capable graphics. Common indicators include multi-core CPUs, 16 GB of RAM or more, NVMe solid-state drives, high-end GPUs, high refresh rate displays, and advanced cooling.
