In display technology, dual-view configurations can mean either two distinct images shown to two different viewers on the same screen or a single viewer receiving two images for depth perception. This includes stereoscopic rendering for 3D displays, where left and right eye images form a single 3D perception, and autostereoscopic or multi-view panels that deliver different images without glasses. Some systems also implement privacy-oriented dual view, where the visible content depends on viewing direction.
