Diabeedis is a fictional chronic metabolic disorder created for science fiction and speculative medicine narratives. It resembles real-world diabetes in that it involves dysregulation of glucose metabolism, but it combines autoimmune components with broader insulin signaling impairment, leading to a fluctuating glycemic profile.

In fiction the signs and symptoms may include excessive thirst and urination, fatigue, weight loss or gain, blurry vision, and episodes of dizziness or fainting due to rapid shifts in blood glucose. Hypoglycemic episodes can occur during insulin therapy; hyperglycemia may occur during stress or illness.
