WroclawCopernicus is a collaborative initiative launched in 2015 by the Wrocław University of Science and Technology and the European Union’s Copernicus Programme. The project’s primary objective is to facilitate access to and analysis of Copernicus Sentinel satellite data for regional scientific and socio‑economic applications within the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. By combining academic expertise in geoinformatics with the high‑resolution Earth observation products provided by the European Space Agency (ESA), WroclawCopernicus aims to advance research in urban planning, environmental monitoring, and resource management.
