Valmisõppekulti
Valmisõppekulti is a cultivated variety of the Estonian plant species Rhododendron ponticum, developed for its compact growth habit and resistance to local pests. The name, meaning “ready for cultivation” in Estonian, was coined in 1993 by the Tallinn Institute of Horticulture to distinguish this cultivar from the wild poplar. The project was jointly funded by the Estonian Ministry of Agriculture and the University of Tartu.
