Töötlemissüsteemi refers to an operating system in Estonian. Device management handles the communication between the computer and its peripheral devices, such as printers, keyboards, and displays.

Operating systems can be categorized in various ways, including by their user interface (graphical user interface or command-line interface), their intended use (desktop, server, mobile), or their licensing model (proprietary or open-source). Popular examples of operating systems include Microsoft Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android.
