Tashkilotchilar

Tashkilotchilar is an Uzbek term meaning "organizers." It is formed from tashkilot ("organization") plus the agentive suffix -chi and the plural marker -lar. The word denotes people or groups who initiate, plan, and coordinate activities, events, or organizations. Tashkilotchilar are typically responsible for defining goals, designing procedures, mobilizing resources, recruiting participants, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure that a project or campaign reaches its objectives. They may operate in a wide range of settings, including civil society organizations, government agencies, businesses, cultural or educational projects, media initiatives, and political campaigns. Essential skills for tashkilotchilar include leadership, project management, communication, problem-solving, and logistics.

In practice, the term is neutral and context-dependent. It can refer to formal founders or leaders of organizations, or to informal coordinators of events or movements.
